Tree Bros is the ship between Dear Evan Hansen's title character, Evan Hansen, and Connor Murphy. This ship gained popularity primarily on Tumblr when the musical was first brought to Broadway, and was later confirmed to be canonical within an alternate universe by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, as well as Ben Platt. While their relationship is not shown within the musical, they confirmed that in multiple separate lives wherein Connor does not commit suicide, he and Evan get together and have "wild homoerotic flings all throughout senior year and college, until they inevitably realize their feelings and get married."
